UPCOMING STUDENT EVENTS

  • SUPER SUMMER

    June 18-22, 2018

Super Summer is a camp at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee for students who are in the 7th through 12th grades. The goal of this camp is to train student leaders in discipleship and evangelism by teaching personal holiness, practical ministry tools, Christ-like leadership qualities, and intentional mission impact.

Students are divided into schools based on grade level and assigned to family groups where they will be challenged through small group interaction. Activities include large group worship experience, breakout sessions, a rally, dorm lodging, and so much more.

*This trip is for students who have met the student leadership requirements.*

  • FALLS CREEK

    July 23-28, 2018

Know Jesus.

The concept of "knowing Jesus" is twofold. Our primary goal is that students would know Jesus personally through a saving relationship with Him. Our ongoing goal is that students would grow in their relationship with Jesus by knowing Him more each day.

Live like Jesus.

If we truly know Jesus by having a personal relationship with Him, then we will live like Jesus by putting His love into action. Our vertical relationship with God should result in healthy relationships with others as we love and serve one another.

Lead like Jesus.

Our student ministry strategy is to develop student leaders who change their world within the context God puts them in. The way we are able to measure success as a student ministry is how we answer this question: Are we developing leaders who know how to follow Jesus?  It is our conviction that we must raise the bar of expectations for our students by challenging them into a bold faith.
